Dear Mr. Prokhorov,
I see you registered a new political party named "Civic Platform" and persisting with the complaints filled against the results of last presidential elections.
You said "we are calm, but persistent." You're true to your sign Taurus - I have to give it to you. Taurus is a Bull and he is stubborn. I wish you meant "persistent" instead of stubborn.
Did you ever check any literature about Anarchism and its ideology?
It doesn't mean "chaos," as many think, but it is a "leaderless movement," which sends out representatives, not leaders.
Who are the people who teach you this concept? Where did they learn it from? Where was this implemented and succeeded in the world and how long it existed? Do you really think that human psychology is changing day by day and they'll just adjust to another structure of society, if it sounds good? Do you remember how good Marx's "Capital" sounded? They were millions of people who agreed with it, loved it and even died to realize its teachings.
I personally know a Russian Orthodox Jewish man from Russia, married with 4 kids, has great sense of humor, computer savvy, speaks Yiddish and Hebrew, works for a newspaper here in New York, gave me a literature called "Anarchism equals Orthodox Judaism," which was a little surprising to me. Any Orthodox Jew who I met (including working for them) for last 20 years living in NY would look at the concept at least very puzzled. But, I'm a genuinely curious person and like to talk to different people.
You need to learn human psychology to be able to predict possibility of potential changes in certain societies, according to its mentality, experience, culture and religion. Who is going to realize and pay for it in Russia - volunteers, your supporters, only you? Ignorant people while emotionally zealous can make changes too, but can it be good in the future? What could be the side effects?
You shouldn't work with emotionally shaped public, you should work with deeply informed public. How many of 6 million people who voted for you know exactly what are you talking about?
I don't see any patriotic agenda and motto in your writings. Why? Just voicing of desire to live in Russia and calling it "out nation" enough patriotism? Bringing more merchandise in country, making prices cheaper in some areas is the goal? Where are the speeches about protecting the borders, culture and Russian language? I know, I heard many times, because I went through your debates very carefully, you say you'll respect people and find them decent jobs to raise a family, build the infrastructure and make Russia competitive. You compare it with USA in job productively and efficiency. I don't think you compared the exact same things - apples to apples and oranges to oranges. You talk economy first all the time. president's first responsibility is to keep the country safe from 1.enemies foreign and 2. enemies domestic. Social policies, education and jobs come next. Are you Christian in predominantly Christan country? You said you're an atheist. Could this be just a deal breaker for the voter? It would be for the people that I know.
You know Europe is in crises in every way and still you were saying Russia should get together with Europe.
When did you live in Europe, when did you live in Asia, or elsewhere? Never. You just visited. It's a whole different story all together.
Am I right or wrong? I wish I'd have a chance to ask you in person - "what's in it for you?" If you'd be the next President of RF, besides making changes that you wish, how happier you will be as a person and as a man?
The only good think is you're not married. You don't need a smart woman, you need a WISE woman to keep up with your unending ambitions and save you from huge failures.
With hope against hope - I still wish you well.
Best regards.
