Dear Mr. Prokhorov,

You did good in your last debate with Mr. Zhirinovsky. At last you won. I watched live. I think it helped you to let people know through Twitter that you were going to do it. I'm not sure he has a Twitter account or not. Debate was about mayoral election, was all local news, but it still was interesting for me.
I'd love to see you both one time talk only International affairs. I think you have more privilege knowing more about it, because you can travel and live wherever and whenever unlike him. But also he has education towards this topic and some more life experience.
Also today, while checking your Twitter account I was happy to see that your party is helping victims of disaster in Far East of Russia. Of course things can get corrupted everywhere and to me the best thing to do is to be live on TV or on Internet whatever and whenever you do anything. Better to give money in people's hands (I know it's very complicated) and have their names published. Human nature gets altered especially in life and dead situations, simply because stress can cause panic and aggression. Abnormal environment can cause an irrational behavior and that just can escalate from bad to worse. Especially it can have lasting affects on children's psychological health. It is very important to have therapist helping all. I'm sure you know all this, I'm just sharing my thoughts.
My prayers go to victims of disaster and may God bless you in your efforts to help them.

Hope you had a good summer and got some rest. I see you're starting to post again, your party participated in Moscow's mayoral election and tonight you're having "poedinok" with Vladimir Zhirinovsky. I love those, I'm going to watch, I can't wait.
All of the previous ones, I believe there were at least 3 debates between the two of you - he won. I know why. But, unless I'm one of your "secundant"s I'm not going to say much. Don't have time. I'm trying to reach out to you for about 3.5 years by now with no results.
Try to pay attention to foreign policy more. I don't hear much of your standings in those affairs. It's not only extremely important, but it's THE MOST important thing for the President of any country of the world.
Talk Syria, see if you have a stand or understanding in world affairs. Mr. Putin came out in very professional and cool way from resent turmoil of discussions about Middle East, which could and still can destabilize entire region of the world and spread.
World leader should have certain God given qualifications, which can't be thought. Or you have it or you don't. If you do, then you can have your info, knowledge and interest work in the best way possible.

It's nice to see posting again from you on Twitter. This time about orphans of Russia.
Information about the kids is private and I'm not surprised that authorities won't give it to you. It's a sensitive info and includes not only kids' info, but also their parents. I believe you can't separate them. Is it fair to kids? Of course not. Kids don't come from you, they come through you and they're not responsible for their circumstances.
Alas... Unfortunately the world is not a fair place, even for innocent children.
You should come to New York City and I'll show you how much fraud, illegality, human and civil rights violations and crimes is committed because of "privacy" issue. Right here - in the middle of NYC, even in the same zip code that Mayor Bloomberg lives and pretends he doesn't know about it.
Of course, if he tells you that the "law" says it's illegal to take a proof (such as a picture or a video), that you can be severely punished (such as go to jail) for that, he can always say he didn't know, just because you don't have a proof. So, if you're not allowed to obtain the proof, how would you proof your case? The entire thing is a satanic staff out of normal common sense.
But there is GOD above all, that's just my gut feeling. What goes around, eventually comes around. It has been proven throughout ages.
To me you can always do better than you think. You're actually limiting yourself by fighting against little things. I have an easy, much better and more effective way for you to help Russian orphans, but before I know that you're personally reading this and want to know directly from me, I'll just keep it to myself.
There were celebrations for 1025th anniversary of adopting Christianity in Russia. Did you do anything, do you care? I wouldn't ask if you wouldn't be running for the highest office of the land.
Do you have a religion? Are you officially an atheist? These are serious Qs. There were serious when I was growing up in former USSR, no matter what the media was portraying at that time, and they're serious in the country of USA, where I reside for 22 years already.
To finish in a lighter note, there is a nice cartoon on YouTube with you and Alla Pugacheva made by Russians. I found it funny and truthful and laughed out loud. That's what happens with public figures. Good that you're stress resilient. You'll need nerves made from iron, so good luck!

Just saw your interview on TV explaining why you didn't go into Moscow's mayoral race. Now you're thinking to go into 1014 elections. Why don't you try to help good samaritans all over the country, who are trying to take into their hands to correct ills of society on the streets. We have one in here, started in NYC, now has a group in Moscow also, called Guardian Angels. Has branches in about 25 countries around the world.

I just read that you abandoned the idea of running for the position of Mayor of Moscow. Bringing Kutuzov as an example brought a smile on my face. Of course, it is a common sense to choose your battles, you don't need to be a general for that.
I felt relieved. There are many other ways to do stuff much freer than work in such a demanding job for a real full time. Don't know why don't you value time?

I saw the clip you saying that your lawyers are looking into legal positioning your financial "actives" as you call it, according to newly adapted law of property of public servants in RF to able you to run for the Mayoral race for Moscow in September of this year.
Wow, wow, wow, it seems that you are really in politics from head to toe. So, you're going to work hard this summer. Just read about Garry Kasparov's overseas habitation. I didn't know he was loosing his mind so fast so badly. He had a wife and son already overseas, right? Many who are in politics in Russia keep one of their foot outside. What it got to do with you? Maybe nothing, maybe something.
I can't go into discussing this on this site all by myself. All I can do is remind you about millions of euros lost in France as a downpayment for that house while you had or could afford to have the most professional lawyers in town.
See, even one of the most strategic thinking persons in entire wide world like Kasparov can loose in something so primitive. I'm a Philologist, I read lots of books. One of things any literary expert can tell you from most famous events of history that even the biggest and smartest criminals usually make a simple mistake. Only one becomes enough.
Financial crimes are being committed here in the US every day, while all "expert" agencies and highest ranking lawyers in the field openly advertise their "highest quality" services. What bothers me the most that ones you said openly that you're not a good accountant. So, who accounts your money and do they know that you can't check properly? In America if your accountant maks a mistake, it's still your responsibility and you go to jail, not him/her. Funny, right? But, it is what it is.

I checked your sites today, read your sister's interview in full and yours partially (I think it's too long, I prefer the recording). You're saying the same thing as before; you're an alternative, you want to bring young people to power, that you need to lead, then rule and govern. Good. I personally don't know another President of another country that every year has press-conference for about 5 hours, answering to more than 80 Q to national and international presses like Mr. Putin does. Do you? Do you know anyone in any civilized country of your choice? Maybe lovely France, UK royalty or US of A of mine? Where do you get your examples?
You think that your current administration in Kremlin is arrogant. Maybe you need and deserve more attention from them, I understand that. But where is it that government is not arrogant?
I believe there was a law signed by Russian President that prohibits public servants and/or gov. employees to have accounts in overseas?
By running for political future are you ready to take all your money from abroad to Russia? Why don't you start there - showing an example. What about I, as a USA citizen, think that all politicians in my country in small or big elective or appointed positions should pass a drug test and mental health checkup and it should be done on live TV and Live-streamed Internet? Isn't it a good idea? I'm not the only one who things so, by the way. What about you come help me to pass legislation like that in here, then go back and start as first most honest and clean and sane politician in Russia? I mean, come to think of it, you can show so much stamina, good will and will-power that nobody can surpass. In New York City bus drivers, police officers and in some other professions pass drug test, but politicians do not. Don't you think it's crazy? You don't think that someone who might not be qualified to be his own bodyguard can be "elected" as a chief of military of a superpower?
Believe me, no matter how much you unaware of me trying to contact you, I'm still on your side. I want you to do the right thing for Russia, but I'm afraid that not having the first hand experience in all around the world, you might be destroying things instead of fixing them in Russian society. If you call
the system old, worn out, corrupted, why don't you come and show me how you can fix the same in American economy. After $16 trillion debt, my government just borrowed another $300 billion from another country. I mean if even you don't want to fix it, you can talk about it, give your professional insights, speak out. I'll interview you. Just a thought?
You came for basketball game to NYC, didn't you? Basketball is good, but wouldn't it be nice that people would have jobs to pay for tickets to see a play? They're playing for public right?
There are more than numbers involved, although we can do number too, such as "how many people per capita are in jail in RF and USA?" What is a "freedom" in your mind? Do you know that in my country most people who are deprived of so called "rights" are the write people. Why don't you come and see my very simple, everyday life and see what's freedom is all about in NYC?
Mr. Prokhorov, I don't want you to waste your wonderful life in something that might not be the thing you were looking for. My father used to say "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence."
Besides all your knowledge on everything so far, human psychology is very important for you to know. Let me leave you with wisdom of ages; "if you take out morality, yes - MORALITY, out of anything or anybody, you'll look into a disaster, no matter individually or global-socially." Some people are slaves to their own liberalism and don't know it. Some know and they're stuck.
What is morality to you and in which sphere of your life?

I didn't know twitter called "zhezheshechka" in Russian. LOL! It's sounds so much fun. That's why I love Russian language. Besides being very rich, it's fun and joyous. I saw the word in a comment under your entry for Victory Day yesterday. I hear and I see that even in media they use lots of foreign words when you have the same and/or better in Russian. If technology changes overseas and new words come up, you just can make up your own version of it for literary or public use, leaving tech. use for scientific  context. Where I grow up, we had a special commission in Institute of Linguistics, where every month the biggest professionals in the field were bringing up the new equivalent words. Especially as Philologists we were getting the info. in a brochure every month. I'm talking in mid 80's. Now it just can be published on internet or on the media sites where they're being used. In this I agree with Mr. Zhirinovsky, he talks about it, he discussed this in Duma. Also you have a day of Russian language. That's beautiful. We don't have a day of English language in America, which is sad. If you'd donate money for this initiative I'll start campaigning for it. You gave million of dollars to Russian-American cultural initiative, am I right? Where did it go? Anybody is reporting anything about it?

Congratulation to you too on Victory day. It was nice that you had an entry in your Twitter account congratulating veterans. Everyone of us, former Soviet Union people, had a part in it. Everyone was effected and carried the burden of survival in every human ways; economically, physically and emotionally. I'm still imotional about the history and the people who carried it on their shoulders. The ones never came back and still don't have names I'll sing a song in solitude in a peaceful place in Central Park in New York City.
There is a walk called "literary walk" in there, I love it. The other one called "writers ally." That's another of my favorite spots. I'll be playing war time music from youtube on my smartphone all day to join the mood. Maybe I'll stop by and put a candle in a church and pray for their souls.
Among my favorites songs are;
"semnadtzat mgnaveniy vesni," " c chevo nachinayetza rodina,""lebedi," "na bezimyannoy visote" etc. there is no end, there are so many of them and they're all amazing. I love Dmitri Khvarastovsky's voice.
His "Maya Moskva" gives me chills.
I'd love to see you out there hugging and kissing and giving flowers to veterans and putting it on video to show that you care. If you did do it, but didn't show it, thank you. Please do it for us who are far away. I wish I'd be there to do that. It looked nice weather in Moscow, people were wearing light jackets. It was beautiful. I love Moscow, I missed it so much.

You're asking for amnesty for detainees from previous protests. I don't know where and how it happens. If in NYC you don't have a permission to getter or you exceed the number of people and time permitted, you'll be detained like in any other charge. Who advises you and what concrete examples do they have. I smell a rat.
Why wouldn't you be there today amongst protestors? On your Twitter entry you don't explain. Please do. I'll will follow.

This Sunday is the biggest religious holiday on Orthodox calendar. Do you care? If you even don't, but do you support the church? Just asking. Would be nice to know.
I watched your loud opponent Vladimir Zhrinovsky's other debates with other politicians. In all of them he wins. Do you know in their hearts people want security and then "things" in their lives? They want to see politicians steady minded, grown, believe in something higher than themselves, has something to personally protect (such as family and children), etc.
Maybe you'd put this in perspective in your personal agenda for coming years.

You're in New York now and playoffs are tomorrow.
While you're here my massage is to help America and Americans to fix the broken economy and learn from the experience. Show facts to the world, proof yourself as a global problem solver and only then there won't be stopping you in Russia. Now you're fighting locally against hardliners. If you retrieve territorially and take a look at things from different angles you'll be well seasoned politically.
Americans comes to Russia to check so called human and civil rights, not the other way around, right? Why don't I show you human and civil right violations right here in New York City in every step I make as a citizen and I have next to none recourse?
Why don't you protect an Americans' rights on the ground and show the world what you can do?
You're an explorer, you also like to have fun. This could be a fun project.
Start it, announce it to the world, put it on internet live and there you go! You'll bring entire media outlets and networks to their knees and change the society. If I'd have a fracture of your money to gain world wide exposure, I'd do it myself, all alone. You won't believe to se that most of American media is all the way around lying, confusing verminic organism which is eating its bone marrow causing a blood cancer. It's already compromised the immune system of the nation in the name of "political correctness." Why don't you come look at the symptoms and physical analysis, do your own diagnosis and assign your own cures and treatments?
What you see in Russian media is still not real America. I and only I can show you daily life in most independent and objective ways possible. I don't belong to any political or social group, never did, don't work for anyone, control my time and free to do whatever I choose to. The happiest day in America was for me was the day I became a citizen. Shameful to say that I never voted for anybody.
Why don't you ask me why? Thought I was more on the left at the beginning, but as time and experience in life progressed, I found myself more on the right. It happens, it's called "growing up."
To me if you take out 2 things from anything, you end up with the worse of humanity who can act and behave the ways which will destroy itself from within. All the great civilizations ended because of those
2 things became irrelevant and thus not enforceable in society. No matter how good the laws are written on the books they can be non-inforceable.
Oh well, don't want to get deep into politics, after all this is Saturday night, beautiful weather in NYC and little fun can help to get thought the night.

I'm following your postings on internet and found one more debate with Mr. Zhrinovsky from December of last year. Lots of things he says are clearer and more familiar to people, that's why he wins on those debates. My heart goes with you, but I keep finding myself more agreeing with him.
He talks specifically about Russian nation, you never mention it. He prioritizes and makes it clear that THE first thing for President to do is to protect the nation, meaning physical existence of its people and the integrity of territory. You're talking about economic problems more, and they're of course very important, but "happiness" of people don't come only with things, but with state of mind and condition of soul. If you're soul is rejoicing you can enjoy what you've got, if it's not, then whatever you have and how much of it won't make you happy and more over might make you unhappy. Felling of safety is of utter importance.
To become a family man and except a higher authority above you (and above all of us) won't limit your
abilities and ambitions, but will give you unlimited internal power to deal with anything in life.
I'm not preaching religion, I don't belong to any church or social group, but were would I be without faith? Human is not "free" because he can do whatever he wants to do, just the other way around.
You can be a spiritual hostage of your own "freedom" and not know about it.
Mark Twain said: "it's not what you don't know might hurt you, but what you thought you knew that is not so." Knowledge is power and faith is the engine of it. Don't you think any scientist would tell you that he has "faith" to succeed in his work? If someones soul wouldn't fly in the sky and imagine that metallic bird can fly too, you wouldn't travel to America today. Imagine when the expression "metal can fly" came out of someone's mouth at the first time, how he could be looked at? What about a dog on the moon? The same with anything. Knowledge is unlimited and faith is infinite.
I was listening to one preacher of Russian church who is a medical doctor himself. He said "u kovo to znaniya, a u kovo to vera" which means he finds the latter more powerful. You have lots of education, experience and knowledge in lots of things, God blessed you with lots of possibilities, I with you'd maximize your abilities with Faith that you can do the right thing, in the right place and in the right time.
I also have faith (hope didn't help me so far, so I had to switch) that one day I'll have a possibility to talk to you and show another world in other ways that you're trying to follow in your endeavors.
Now, I'll pray for this out loud.

Just read the article in Forbes, which is going out on March 25th issue, and was surprised by the fact that you keep giving interviews to people who don't have your best interest in mind.
Maybe you have too much time in your hands while in America, maybe it's a craving for attention or exposure?

This article tells the reader the following:
- you can play with your adversaries using word "negotiations" (author's words), while publicly calling them names,
- you can't be openly honest and bold, because of the fear of Kremlin anyways,
- criminal who is in prison in Russia (fellow oligarch) is punished insanely,
- you throwing out insane money on hotel in NYC, instead of helping poor in Russia,
- 2 more things concerning women in your life that I'll leave out in here,
- you're running for Presidency of your country while hiding billions outside of it, etc.
Russian voter can be concerned with your character. I understand there is a law going to get in effect
this summer in Duma requiring all public officials to declare their foreign assets?
Picture on front page came out good though.

I read your interview in Izvestia.ru and was a little surprised with your inconsistency. I'm  talking about anti-smoking ban in Russia.
A few days ago you were saying that you know how to change people's lives not tomorrow, but right now. That sounded hands-on and up-beat. Now when issue is as important as health, you want a delay. Why? Anything is more important than health for you? You say in Russia people are not mentally ready to give up tobacco use because of 50 years of government "propaganda" on smoking. From  movie characters, even the wolf  in famous cartoon were smokers and government had monopoly on tobacco.
How does it make your claim a right one, when since then so much more research has been done and Russia last 20 years managed to change its system, is not clear for me. You were one of the big transformers of the time, am I right?

I was born in 60's and my father smoked all the time, unfortunetly. Even at that time on the boxes of cigarettes was written: "smoking is harmful for health." I had trouble convincing him to quit. He couldn't and he didn't. Most men smoked at that time. People would visit us and the whole house would become a chimney. Your father didn't smoke, lucky you, but I believe people visited your family did. Am  I right? Did you like it?
Smoke effected our immune systems, caused us to get infected with grip and ear infections.  
If  I would meet a man in my life and he smokes, no matter if  he's a champion, minister, president, Nobel prize winner in science and world peace together, multi-billionair and a model, I can't start any personal relationship just because of that one factor.
Call me crazy, but it's just me. I saw and learn a lesson from dealing with smokers in former soviet union and wouldn't bother with that again anywhere. Smoke cigarettes or pot, that same people here in America call "natural," is a deal breaker for me. I can deal with them in business, while they're not smoking around me and that's it. Europe was following America on this, now Russia is trying to follow both. Why wouldn't you be enthusiastic in helping people get off of their bad obsession, is beyond me. It really is. I read the commentary about the law, it doesn't even have concrete mechanisms of implementation in daily life, and you don't even think it's on time?
We can talk about this for hours medically, economically and sociologically. I can ask you and show ways how you can help for or non-for-profit in this case. I emailed Izveastia and asked to broker a deal for an interview for 3 of us. I could talk what and how it has been done in America and especially in New York City and you could make your case clearer for Russia.
Like you, I have a dream too; one day to meet with you and have possibility to talk about different aspects of political and civil lives in Russia and USA.
Less stink in Russia, less poverty, less desease and more visitors starting from June 1st, 2013? WOW...

Although I didn't post anything for a few months, but was closely following your public works.
After listening to your Dec. 25th interview about the results of 2012 on ITAR-TASS, I'll try to do my best to be clear and objective.
You say:
2012 was a bright year both for hope and also maybe for disappointment. Also that 30% of address to the nation by the head of the country included your ideas and proposals, which is good. So the program of Civil Platform party could be called "legislative mode" of the political year.
You passed your idea of conflict between pro-clergy and against-clergy groups (whatever that means), then the law about the borders, etc.
You say that the weakest cell of the political structure now in Russia is Duma: 70% of parties participating in it are so called marionettes, who serve the administration of the President, and the rest 30%, who are still paid by government, are imitating an opposition. For some time you won't be able to see a member of your party in Duma. You consider it as a political corruption. Parties shouldn't be paid by government, they should sustain themselves with contributions of their members.

My Q: what if members and sympathizers of any party don't have money to spare, don't have rich donors or don't have rich person on the top?

You say that you saw the face of the political corruption in the Law of Dima Yakovlev, that some classic said "the happiness of the world is not worth a tear of a small child."  You think it's immoral to use kids interests and lives as political pawn.
Sure. You're right.
My Q: Did that classic had kids? Let's ask them what he really did to them in his real life.
Come to think of this particular matter, I would say that you have no proof that you personally believe in it. Just non, you don't have kids, we haven't seen how you'd treated them, that's it, case closed on this.
In the other hand, it is very, very honorable that the civilian committee of your party decided to appropriate $50 K for any family who'd adopt those 46 kids.  

Suggestion: Buy me a house in Moscow (the one you think they and their care takers/parents deserve to enjoy) and give me $100K to adopt couple of them. I'll change my citizenship and relocate.

You believe that 2013 is a very important year to bring new political generation to move forward and prevent the political regress.
Sounds good, if you'd answer me what's for you is progress and why?
To have elections or not was left to decide by regions in Russia. What is any particular place is run good enough for people and they don't want to change? 
Some people live in monarchies and they're happy. Ever heard of Saudi Arabia or Monaco? Why don't you tell them this? Ask me and any woman in those countries to see which one of us is "happy."
Sorry, let's not go there. Let's stick with Russia. Although historic Russian society has been hierarchical, you think they MUST and SUPPOSE to be democratic. Even after revolution, when poor people from streets won and the whole nation was calling each other "comrade" they still had one party rule.
Funny, ha? Irony of the fate.   

You say the main asset for Russian society is human: it's well being, education, culture, scientific advancement is important to create a competitive country in the world.
Q: Do you know that you're missing the most important and first responsibility for any ruler of any country in your context?
You mentioned that 100% of contemporary ideas come from urban areas and you have to concentrate to organize the activism in cities to "free" them.
Q: Free from what? Can you clarify, please?
Russia is still centralized country. Lots of developed countries in the world are decentralized.
How you can generalize ideological development of politics of 21st century in the world?
Do you know that we have worst of the worst concentrated in urban areas of USA? Drugs, crime, divorce rate, raging racism against white race? Come over, let's walk the streets, shall we? He claims that crime is down, so why he don't "soften up"? Why he don't use his local 19th precinct - full a policemen and detectives with guns? This Q will itch the back of your head a lot. He won't tell you. I will. He don't think they're good enough or good at all, at least for his "honorable" life. But for me as a citizen (kak "ryadovaya") it should be enough. Let me tell you some more: if one has an experience that 19th precinct, or any other in this matter, consist of lazy, stupid aggressive, criminal policemen, who would come and victimize the victim more in order to avoid work, that  person can't call to another precinct for help.
I have no choice. I can't call another one and say I've got no help from this one.

Why American democracy demands to have mental checkup for gun purchase, but no politician elected or appointed are required to have mental health check or drug test?
Why don't you propose mandatory mental health and drug use checkup for any Russian politician? Also no one should have foreign investments and accounts. How about that for patriotism? Do you smoke or use anything? What you think about newly implemented smoking ban in Russia?

Then you talk about some countries want to separate, such as Scotland, Basque, Catalonia, etc., but the same time you were proposing of elimination of the national borders in RF to stop the playing of "national card." I'll leave alone the pensions, don't know much about it.
You're on the side of 2 terms for 4 years for presidency and only ones a life time for a person. You're against political persecutions. You want to have more multi-child families and they need to be stimulated by tax code. Good, but want if they live in Russia, but they're not Russian and not Christian? What happens then? Where are yours, who they're going to be by their identity?
"President should be the face of the nation" as your friend Alla Pugacheva rightfully said to your opponent Zhrinovaskiy. Can you be the face? Where is your personal proof? Have you heard of the expression "put your money where your mouth is?"
