From New York With Love (part 36)

Mr. Prokhorov,

Just read the last entry in your blog posted 8 hours ago about election in Krasnoyarsk in 2 weeks.
You're offering your help as a facilitator, offering tech support and public access through your site and you seem to be impartial, because you say that you'd support who would win the primaries fairly and transparently.
I'm sure you have a dog in a fight, otherwise why bother? Could you be really fair anyway and except the outcome no matter what? Yes, no or maybe so?

I also watched the news from Moscow, where Mr. Putin met and discussed further profitable development of businesses and lawful protection of entrepreneurship in Russia with representatives of Association of Entrepreneurs (or however otherwise you can call it in English). I didn't see you there. Isn't where you'd be most helpful with your expertise? Or, maybe you weren't invited? Or, you were invited, but didn't go, then why? I saw pretty big names in business in Russia sitting there.
To me, another manly thing for you to do would be paying attention to cooperation of Russian and USA special forces and their cross training in Colorado going on right now.
You supported Russian special forces before, right? What do you do now? Interested, no?
Let us know. Thanks!

Best regards.

From New York With Love (part 35)

Mr. Prokhorov,

Just read your last tweet released 5 hours ago.
You're announcing that 3 ways of running Russian Federation's policies are laid out already and saying that you're ready to work.
What it is? If I'd be your follower, what should I hear from you now?
Mystery can certainly intrigue people, but can't give them assurance, faith and hope.
Politics of ruling a superpower is not the same as running a corporate enterprise. You can treat it as one, but...
When people asked mother Teresa how was she managing to do so many big things, she answered;
"I don't do big things, I do small things, but with lots of love." She was a human like us and guess what, she even had her doubts,
but she continued to do what she choose for herself - selflessly.
Imagine how much you can do with what you have - intellectually, emotionally and financially - for entire humanity.
Becoming a President of country is more common in human history, than becoming a Saint.
Just a thought.
Looking forward hearing about your political plans soon.

Best regards.

From New York With Love (part 34)

Dear Mr. Prokhorov,

I felt your frastration in one of your last tweets that you're surprise to see how many people are telling you what to do, even think they know what you're thinking about, etc. etc.
Well, welcome to the club!
What did you think politics was all about?
You thought that you authomatically knew better than others and all you need them to do is to vote for you and go away waiting?
You didn't explain your positions after displaying your discontent.
What is it now? Just asking.
Democracy is about representing the people. Especcially if you're representing (as you say) young people, among the generation from whom many don't know who Lenin was (you said this on TV), then moreover, they think that you should listen to them, not the other way around.
Those are not nice older people who use to tolerate, put up and suffer. Young ones are bolder than ever all around the world.
So... buckle up on the bumpy road of politics!

Best regards.

From New York With Love (part 33)

Dear Mr. Prokhorov,

It's good that you decided to form a youth movement "Novoye Vremya" and sent your followers to volunteer in orphanages and schools. I don't know how you can run all those business empires under your command and take on social work on top of it,
but more power to you. Maybe you're a super man?
I saw you at inaguration of the Russian President. You were so serious (like the most people there), I didn't catch your mood.
You're a compatitive person and you like to win. Some things meant to be a race and could be won by competition, but lots of very important things in life are won by co-operation, not competition and better to take a time and enjoy them.
Also happy 47th birthday. Hope you had fun.

Best regards.
