Dear Mikhail Dmitrievich,
I just read your last posting on Twitter about the Platform of Civil Society. I also tweeted from my site and asked anyone to tell me what they see in it. I felt layers and layers of anti-Christian agenda from the crowds who want to destroy Russia. You might be right that Sobchak who wrote the Constitution of RF copied from American one, leaving ends open for interpretation purposely. So? What happens then?
Also he copied the 5th amendment against self-incrimination, which is statute #51 in RF. How is that good? Powerful crooks can go to court and take the #51st? Nice... Maybe there are fights in schools over religious differences in Russia, but you don't have children, right? First I would ask you: why do you care? To this you can answer only in words, not in deeds, right? Right!
Fine, you care because you are, let's say, selfless citizen and want to improve your country. Alright, sure, got that. Who are you looking up to - America? You don't believe in word of God, which is underneath of ideology of USA. How does it compute? No God for you, but America is better, let's learn from it? How? Do you know that 50-60% of Americans are conservative, as appose 20% self-hating low-class liberal-progressives who control entire media complex of this country? Do you know that in my experience this is far less speech-free society, than former soviet union was? In so called "freedom of speech" is more twisted and covered up than your wildest imagination would guess?
I have a challenge for you: come to NY and try to help an American woman like myself to protect her rights at broad day light. See how things really work. Learn from the process and take the better version as your vision to Russia. I watched all your debates and interviews. There are much more you should answer.
I'd suggest you to call to talk to one of the most listened-to talk show hosts in America, who is a Constitutional lawyer - Mark Levin. He is on WABC from 3-6pm M-F EST. He'll explain about so called "Separation of Church and State" better. Also ask him about "endorsing a religion" aspect in the federalist papers. Listen to Michael Savage, Aaron Klein, Ben Shapiro, Denis Prager, Larry Elder and some more. You have so much learning to do before taking on the knowledge of nuclear cods of military superpower like Russia. I'm sure you really care and you mean well, but that's not enough.
let me repeat this one more again: "Path to hell often paved with good intentions."
What is "popular" is not always good. What right is always good. What's the difference? Let's talk.
Let's have an interview with me and ask me about anything I lived through and experienced in America and answer to my simple Qs about Russia. Let's compare, shall we?
We can do this in English or Russian - your choice.
Barclay's center is going to open soon in Brooklyn. For a cheering note Mr. Ratner agreed and already implemented the policy that in the Center sugar drinks' cups can't exceed more than 16oz. as Mr. Bloomberg recently suggested and helped to pass a legislation.
Lots of chit-chats about it in the media today, I'd like to know what you say if someone in Moscow or in Russia in general would suggest such a thing.
Best regards.
